TIME Leadership Academy's mission is to prepare students in grades K-8 to become confident leaders and change makers through a rigorous, student-centered learning environment grounded in a strong school culture, career discovery, and whole child whole leader development. TLA empowers all students, regardless of background or socioeconomic challenges, to discover their unique gifts, develop essential academic and life skills, and pursue purposeful pathways that positively impact their communities and beyond.
Our Vision
TIME Leadership Academy's (TLA) vision is to partner with the Dothan community to ensure that all K-8 students and their families thrive academically, socially, and personally within a strong, inclusive school culture that values belonging, purpose, and high expectations. TLA envisions a student-centered, culturally connected learning environment grounded in career discovery and whole child whole leader development, where students are known, supported, and challenged over time to grow as learners and leaders.
